Simple
user interface
The user sees a complete overview of the scanned documents and pages and can quickly delete, re-scan, add or move pages between documents if needed.
The user can also choose the language or languages to be used for OCR (Optical character recognition). The solution supports most languages and character sets.


Workflow efficiency
Document separation can be done automatically by barcode or manually after scanning. Each barcode is linked to a document or case, giving automatic archiving using metadata or other classification. The metadata can be edited from the user interface before the document is finalised.

By mixing high volume scanners – perhaps located in a central post room – with low volume scanners in individual offices, users can scan documents ad hoc. In the past scanning has often been a job for specialist staff. Instead, Acadre Enterprise Scan gives ordinary users the ability to do occasional scans themselves, resulting in greater flexibility and improved production.

Acadre Enterprise Scan can scan into Acadre Case Management and OpenText, while modules for scanning into other products on the market are easy to add or develop.
